Jefferson Counties in West Virginia. We work in close relationship with our neighboring Heaven’s Best Operators so that
we can meet the needs of everyone located in the Tri-State Area.
Owners Tim and Cyndi Gibson take pride in offering quality service and value to both their residential and commercial

About The Owners
Tri State Heaven’s Best is owned by Tim & Cyndi Gibson. Tim and Cyndi have spent the last 12 years in the pizza
business working as Managers and District Manager for Papa John’s Pizza in the Hagerstown area. After discovering
what an exceptional company Heaven’s Best Carpet Cleaning was we quickly invested into the company. They gave up
their pizza days over a year ago to fully devote their time to Heaven’s Best Carpet Cleaning. Not only have they had
great success in building a solid reputation with his professional team he concentrates on giving his Heaven’s Best
customers the service and attention they deserve personally on a daily basis.
Together Tim and Cyndi have 4 children ages 14,15,17,and 19. The Gibson family currently resides in Mcconnellsburg,
Pennsylvania . With 4 teenagers and they know a little about cleaning carpets, rugs, floors and upholstery. You can trust
